We ship all area in Canada and most places of United States by UPS or Canada Post. If the buyers in Alaska, Hawaii, and all off-shore U.S. places and the other countries and areas should contact us first, ask shipping cost.

1. When payment received, shipping will be made within 3 business days.

2. Shipping is via UPS ground or Canada Post, deliver around 2 to 7 days.

Please note your phone number on Paypal for shipping, when special status happened, UPS or Canada Post will call you.

4. Seller is responsible for all damage on delivery

5. We ship items out Monday-Friday exclude public holidays, no shipping on Saturday and Sunday.

6. Shipping is NOT available to P. O. Boxes.

7. Damaged items on delivery must be reported to us within 3 days from the day receive the order, send us the pictures as attachments in the Email.

10. Usually we ship by UPS or Canada Post, They are not under our control, if the item was damaged on delivery, let me know ASAP. We will do our best to solve the case.
